I will not be listing all the reasons and lies again, as they were in my post and many others have pointed them out too. I'm not furious, I am simply annoyed by the lack of professionalism from OCUK and a small number of muppets that will defend them to their last breath. If you're happy to be taken for a fool and sit there smiling and repeat to yourself for months "it will get here when it will", good for you, but stop criticising the ones that ask for some answers, because you might benefit from that as well.

I don't think it unreasonable to ask for an update on this, you specified an amount and a date, which is today, if there is an issue please say so ,

Hi all. Does anyone know the rough queue position if I were to pre order a 3080 MSI gaming x trio now? Seen gibbos post and I'm tempted, have been sitting out of the chaos until now but am thinking of getting in line.
Hard to say but there was a spreadsheet where we filled in our updated queue positions... fairly sure X Trio went into the hundreds but cancellations may have improved the situation. Good luck.

As has been said here, this honest communication is one that I can accept, sympathise with and assuming the there is no backlash will make me endeavour to give OCUK the benefit of any doubt and hang in there with them!

When CS is honest and not using the copy/paste replies, being transparent with us, it's an absolute win. I'm dissapointed with all other forms of communication and my original email to her was just me asking if there's any light, knowing that OCUK can't pull a rabbit out of a hat and are doing their best but that communication is key, being on the same team as us vs telling us drip feed news and then blocking communications with us because "customers are annoying".

She made myself feel like we're on the same team. I'm annoyed at the wait like anyone, thats why I waited and thought about sharing the email too. I should have taken her name out and I do apologize but I don't agree with the instant shut down from the mods.

She should head up their communications IMO.


I would dispute that OCUK are 'doing their best' after the inno debacle today. We were told there would be a shipment of X3 & X4 cards on the 20th October. We were told a number of times about issues with shipping which now turn out to have been total fabrications of the truth. We were told that they were with OCUKs freight forwarders when they were not. we were told on numberous occasions that they were there and that they hadn't left HK. Even on Friday last it was confirmed the cards were definitely there and had not been shipped. This almost certainly happened because over the nearly three weeks no communication was made with the manufacturer and when it was finally made, the truth came to light.

The issue here is not with a mistake, it is with a company which imparts information without actually knowing if it is correct, and then giving a convient answer based on assumption. It has taken nearly three weeks to contact the OEM and find the truth that in fact no cards were shipped and there is no intention to ship any in the foreseeable future. The chances are that this shipment will never be chased up by OCUK and even if they do, no correct information will be passed to those of us unfortunate to have placed an order for one. I expect it will be close to Advent before OCUK bother inno again to find out what is going on, and then they will keep the information to themselves.

LOL I'm still calm! I think I nailed what was happening on this shipment calling it as dodgy when others didn't want to hear it. What has surprised me today is that Gibbo posted this nonsense 12th October and it is only now after all this time he's got in touch with Inno and found out it was wrong. How often are OCUK really getting in touch with these OEMs chasing product? They like to tell us they are constantly badgering them, but it seems like once a month might be more accurate.
