All being good I should get my Zotac 3090 today. I currently have a 1080ti with the latest drivers. Should i just swap cards or should i uninstall drivers first, insert new card then reinstall drivers?

Always uninstall drivers, try using DDU software for a complete removal.

I need to decide between the 3090 Xtreme and the Strix OC.. Hopefully some reviews come out soon and that the Xtreme has better cooling being 1 slot thicker

3090 Strix OC queue number 126, pleased to know where's my spot.

Hoping Asus will ship 30-50 at a time so i'm in 3rd/4th shipping. Ah well hope it'll arrive before Cyberpunk is out.

@EVH Do you know if all the emails for the Strix OC SKU went out yesterday? I've seen people who ordered before and after me all receive theirs, or are they being batched? Im concerned that my order is not showing up for you guys , sorry if i sound like a dying cat, just slightly worried that's all. Cheers.
