As I didn't receive any information on when the orders to Ireland (Republic) will resume, after they were temporary stopped on Jan 8th (DPD issue, but they were back again on Jan 15th and we had no word from OC, about shipment or queue position since Jan 8th), I assumed my order is not welcomed anymore and found a new graphic card on another shop. So I'm cancelling my order here and that will be a relief for OC probably. Quite disappointed for the lack of communication, no matter how busy you are. That was something abnormal and we shouldn't have been ignored for almost a month.

Only the master has different versions, I wanted to get the xtreme but were never in stock/preorder so I just got the master. They recently added a new revision to give it 3x8pins instead of 2 so obviously I would rather have the new revision, I wouldn't mind being sent back 20+ queue positions for it. Tried messaging preorder support but they directed me to some new products thread.

Just call them. They always have been helpful to me they can quickly switch yours or confirm which rev it is. I did something similar with 3090.

50 minute wait time for phone calls would not recommend, was told they have no idea about revisions and I can either leave the queue and request a refund and re preorder (the preorder price has increaded by £180 so I don't want to do that) or if I do receive a REV 1 I would have to pay to return it for a refund and again rejoin the queue. Can't get position in queue moved back and no other options...

I am surprised that sounded very unhelpful. Well i had many calls with them in the past 2 months. Like many.. I was probably lucky but I was dealing with the support team instead of Sales. I always choose support team. They have been amazing with all regards (refunds, returns, changing my 3090 to another versions without sacrificing price - only queue for the fairness of others of course).

Good luck anyway - it is rather annoying they could not confirm Rev1 or 2... are you sure you connected to support team?

Yeah I probably got sent to sales when I chose the option for exisiting orders, Ill try technical support options another time. Thank you for the sugestions.

Also... there is no Rev1 or Rev 2 mentioned in their website. So they just need to take a note from you that you want whichever version to be sent and that is it. they should not cancel your preorder or anything. if there are different listings in their website send me a link or something
 
Tried technical support option got through quicker but they don't have much info on cards coming in so was told to check the forum or try to get a message to @Gibbo. The rev2 was announced a week ago and is on the gigabyte website just not updated here and I am seeing talk that there are some improvements other than the 3x8pin power

Edit: also a lot of people were seeing the card be power limited with REV 1 so a lot of missing performance.

Been stuck at #93 in the queue for Strix 3090 for 2 weeks.

3 weeks ago I was at..... #94.

Tempted to cancel, it’s not looking like I’ll get it before Easter and by then my enthusiasm will have gone completely :(
