*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

According to the North America availability Facebook post the rog strix 3090 is not being produced only the 3080 OC version is. Check it out for yourself I put the link two posts above.

A few comments down (Jenny Mild)
"I just got my 3090 oc ROG Strix and mounted it on my system. i have ROG Z390-F motherboard and it is not detecting the GPU for some reason."

So, they must be in production...?

At this point I'm just gonna assume she meant a 3080 and never noticed she put the wrong one

One woman in Finland claims to have it but who knows. If the 3090 is in the wild a few more will turn up in the next few days. We can hope

Am I being dumb?

The Facebook post says 3090 Strix OC is in active production along with 3080 ROG Strix OC.......no mention of the non OC versions.

All versions of the TUF in active production

Ahh it seems the ASUS marketing man edited the original post and disabled comments. Looks like he probably made a mistake by not originally listing the 3090 rog strix OC as you have pointed out the 3090 OC is now listed as in production.

Well that’s some good news at least but pretty bad if you ordered the non OC rog strix 3090.

The whole 30xx cards adventure for me started with ordering an Asus 3080 on OCuK but after a couple of weeks of no update at all I cancelled and ordered and received an EVGA 3090 XC3 Ultra. I kept it for 3 days only and was disappointed by the hard power limits in its bios that really crippled the card (which was otherwise fine) and sold it on at cost (doesn’t feel right to me to make a profit and exploit a situation as this).

Now I’m waiting patiently for a 3090 TUF OC again from OCuK. Haven’t received any emails again....:(

Just sent the cancellation request off for my Strix OC order. It’s looking highly unlikely it’ll be delivered while I’m in the UK, as that’s only until the end of October. And given the lack of comms from OCUK I’ll be ordering from another retailer, VAT free, once the card are widely in stock.

My queue position was 111 for the ASUS 3090 strix OC, so any of you after that have moved up 1.

Did you even read the same post lol. Asus Tuf 3080 and 3090 OC + Non oc as well as rog strix 3080 OC being produced but not the rog strix 3090. Only applies to North America but does not look good for us. Link to Facebook post in case anyone wants to read it https://m.facebook.com/groups/ASUSP...ink&id=3453015311448198&anchor_composer=false

Just as i said they would that they would concentrate on just making the OC strix cards and hang the none OC card buyers out to dry and somebody even said the extra £30 per card they make is insignificant

@MultiDoc it's a shame you sold the 3090 from EVGA as I'm after one of those for my build as my case isn't ideal for the Asus TUF 3090 which I'm number 2 in the queue for.
