We have over 500 cards IN STOCK right now ready for 14:00.

Must be sooner than that... there are leaks coming fast and thick from almost every brand now of their custom cooled cards. Seems awfully bizarre to be doing that if you can't even order them for 2-3 weeks, but on the same day you CAN order the FE!?

It should go without saying really, but some people seem to be convincing themselves that the good models with better coolers will be close to £100 cheaper for some reason. You might get a cheap plastic blower with a clown face on it for that money.

Seems the evga custom bridge is ok for up-to 4k as it has a higher pixel clock, anything more requires the HB bridge for better performance.

Even then though, £100 is A LOT of money... they'd see FE sales plummet if a blower card was THAT much cheaper. OK, it's going to be an inferior card, but people aren't that daft and it would outsell the FE 10 to 1!

Its also worth mentioning the HB bridges are NOT compatible with current 1080 EK blocks. EK are working on their own bridges atm.

Got to milk that higher priced, "premium components" card with the "premium cooler" (< LOL) for all its worth. Seems this is intentional just to dig the elbow in before cheaper options become available, as its pretty obvious by the leaks the custom cards seem ready to go

The GTX 1080 will cost £619 in the UK it costs $699 in the US.

is this seriously all to do with import tax would we be better off getting them sent directly from the US at half the price...?
