If you're unable to install a driver then its either your own lack of knowlege or your system causing a problem. Either way, you shouldn't ask for help in such an impolite way. We don't give a damn how angry you are, but if you ask properly we will help.

Do it yourself and learn, because if you keep building PCs, you gonna have to.

Nothing wrong with the ATi setup thing.

Ive had an 7400, 9800 Pro , X800 XL, X1800 XT, X1900 XT , X1950 XTX

and the only issue i ever had was Net Framework...

drunk you may be, but editing your first post will help your case more. you shouldnt be banned but you probably will be suspended for 48 hours to a week. when you come back on, post in a sensible mannor and everyone here will do what they can to help, myself included.

Step 1 - download Microsoft dot net 1.1 and 2.0 and install them both.
Step 2 - download the Cataylst 6.9 package from www.ati.com and run it.
Step 3 - Enjoy your ATI card.

Not difficult.
