Yeah it must be a mainland thing. Over here they suck balls, amount of times they failed is unreal. One time I rang their depot and the manager told me "Oh but its Steve's first day" when he made the journey to our road but couldnt find the house so he basically just drove on. This was when I upgrade my phone handset and had to go collect it myself the next day.. thanks Steve.. clean useless. That's of of about six times they have had me cursing them.

People have had bad experience with DPD? I always get the best service from them

Yodel and MyHermes? I've straight up cancelled orders just because they're the courier
