You can fill in their contact form. No idea if it's going to be any faster, but better than nothing, I guess.

Right I've just ordered an MSI 3070 VENTUS 3X OC on a competitor site, just that and a PNY one showing up as in stock.
Hopefully that's me sorted and i can sort my refund for the ASUS strix non oc once I have it.

I know what you're saying, but "pre-order" doesn't mean "Pay for this imaginary card".
That's lunacy for a regular consumer who isn't researching things AT ALL... like me. Hopefully I'm sorted now anyway. Thanks for everyones help on here

in your order confirmation email you should have an url for cancellations and refunds
