keep refreshing, use monitoring chrome addons, discord notification groups etc

@Gibbo this remains an issue for me and I've not had any response on this. I wish to cancel my order but your webform link is telling me I've 'already responded' when I absolutely haven't. How do I cancel my order now please?

I'd suggest either posting in the customer service forum, creating a webnote or calling them when they are open. I'm sure if you let them know the form isn't allowing you to request a refund they'll be able to get it sorted out for you.

Thanks. I did take a look at the customer service forum but it is completely empty, leading me to believe that it is no longer in use?
I guess I'll try my luck with the webnote
 
Yeah thats the one. Sat in the queue for 30 minutes, with the inflated price, but was willing to purchase it, just to end the constant daily search around suppliers.
 
Really shady practises by Companies with the release of the RTX range. So one of the big rivals yesterday had listed on 2 models (Stock due today) and allowed people to pre-order. Not only that, but the MSI queue was down to about 25 cards remaining to be shipped. Now this morning with the 9:30am update.

04/11/20 - RTX 3070 - No new shipments were expected yesterday so pre order numbers remain similar. Due to human error the MSI queue number yesterday was incorrect and showed significantly lower than the actual. We have corrected this today and apologise for any confusion.
