Will never entertain this company again! Communication is shocking and they would rather spend time posting about their Ferrari and garden, than actually spending time helping the people with their issues.
 
A few days back I got a stock alert from another retailer, saying they were getting Eagles in at the end of the month. I've just received confirmation it has been shipped. And therefore I shall be cancelling my order with OC.
I genuinely feel a little bad, as you guys on this forum have rocked, and I've really appreciated all the updates from people in the same position as me waiting for a card.

Hello OCUK? Are you there? Your silence is deafening.

Come on guys i know the phones probably ringing off the hook with people asking for their 3000 series but you have got to be more transparent. I ordered at 12:54 for an Asus Dual 3070 (ordered the 1st one i seen) and was told last Friday I was 19th in the queue but its no good being in a queue that you will never get stock of.

I understand that as a business you want to sell the cards but are hesitant in tempering expectations in order to increase sales but the thousands of customers in queues now are the same customers you will rely on in future.

If you told me we aint getting that card anytime soon i will try and get it somewhere else. More Transparency is needed

Managed to snag the same card, probably from the same site but I have mine coming Saturday due to being out tomorrow
