Hi everyone

Someone is selling their gaming pc and he has gigabyte rtx 3070 in it and I asked he if would sell the gpu separately, he is thinking about my offer I gave him 20 pounds more than what he paid for it.

Is buying a gpu used, or 2nd hand worth it, and will the warranty still be valid for me?

a week after launch, yes I’d say it was ok.
 
So far it’s been like what around 2 weeks nearly and moved two places and haven’t heard a single thing bar the system sending me my queue email once a week.

some guy selling a Rtx 3070 and if I manage to get it. I will cancel my order so quick and never ever order or get anything from this site again because dear god this was an awful experience
 
I was half tempted to buy another monitor with both freesync and sync support then go AMD.. but it's probably not the sensible option, demand will be high for those too so could just end up waiting longer again.

I might try to get a founders card, which is probably what Nvidia want anyway.

Ended up getting my 3070 on Sunday, despite the email I received telling me I would get it on Monday, so gg on the weekend early delivery, especially considering I live on the opposite side of England to Overclockers.
Oh and Overclockers decided to put a bag of haribo in my parcel along with the 3070, this must be why the price is more expensive!
