OcUK are rather expensive these days and are behind the competition for a lot of things, not only GPUs, in terms of pricing. Customer service was usually the reason to pay that little extra, but the lack of transparency on this launch is not worthy of the premium they ask

They are World Class at gouging though.

Overall it has proven to be the case that the original MRSP, in the vast majority of cases, here and elsewhere, on Ampere cards was absolute BS.

Used OC for years, and still do (just got the GL850 monitor on offer) but in general the prices have gotten out of hand.
Just ordered the asus 3070 dual card for £60 less than OC charging for a pre-order, should arrive tomorrow.
I will still come and look for odd bargains and of course the great forum community but may not be my first port of call anymore.
