2080 Ti timespy score = 14629. 17428 is not 28% faster, its 19%.
2080 timespy score = 11051. 17428 is not 49% faster, its 44%.

I cant speak for the other scores as I haven't collated them.
 
Some of those who panic sold their 2080Ti's for less than £500 are probably regretting it now, especially if they were gonna upgrade to the 3080.

Probably, with all that makeup who knows what under it. Lol

I am not a fan of excessive make up, in the right amount it can look very good. That girl looks like she spent 3 hours in the morning caking 7-8 layers of makeup on.

It’s the review that are out 14 for FE, cars still come out 17th.

I hope nvidia let us pre order on 14th so they can dispatch them for delivery on 17th though.

Who on earth would buy this over something like the Zotac Trinity 3080 for the same price?

Some poor clueless sod I am sure. Must have premium version™. Lol

ASUS lost the plot, I actually avoid them where possible because of their so called premium pricing. I would not mind if they actually did something to deserve it, like use better materials and have clearly superior design and performance etc, but that ain’t the case. Just cashing in from people who are clueless that think more expensive always means must be better.
 
When I try to add a 3080 to my basket it says it's not available in the quantities something something. Do we think that is because it's too early to pre-order or because all the preorders are sold?

Nvidia have insisted that no one in the entire universe is allowed to pre-order their cards.

What that also means is the bar is not high enough for AMD as it was made out to be..
this is getting tougher to decide by the day
just like deciding between buying 1080 ti now or waiting for Vega 64 to launch :)

Can anyone give me a rundown of the issues with EVGA in the UK? Or point me in the right direction at least. I was mostly looking at their cards since they seem to have a good rep elsewhere.

From what i've read here previously, people mentioned that they dont have a presence in the UK anymore. Devices need to be sent to Germany for RMA. Not sure what else there is on top of that, but im sure others will say.
