Probably 3080 or an enhanced 3080 cooler with more heatpipes, can't see them making it another 3 slot cooler.

I doubt it to be honest. The policy is one FE, ever. Even if you bought a 3060 Ti in a previous drop just to get your hands on anything at all, they won't let you buy a 3090 if you want to upgrade. Can't see it being any different with this. Of course, it really only stops your extremely casual scalper or miner. The more organised networks and committed people get around it with assistance from others. Loads of FEs appear on Ebay after every drop with a huge markup.

It will be the price that will be the kick to the nutz.
If they are anywhere near 3090 pricing it will be a pass from me.
Unless I can get one far cheaper in a pre-built PC.

didnt msi and nvidia both get caught doing this in the past month or so, albeit for msi it was a subsidiary company who did it.

MSI did with a subsidiary company, selling MSI actual stock from their main 3000 series stock! apparently MSI didn't know anything about it!?? Yeah right, you would know where every single card was!

Not sue about Nvidia though.
