100% they are using the cards for pre-builds.
So not only got to wait ages but any pre-build orders that come in will go straight to front of queue - Hence why people's queue numbers have got higher.

I was thinking of getting 4090 from MM but I have noticed that 5070Ti is launching soon , so might get that instead.
Looks like performance will be on par with 4090 at roughly half the cost. Not sure about the availability tho. is it gonna get snapped l like the rest of the line up?

Not sure if that is taking the pee out of Nvidia or a genuine believed comment.

I'd be cautious about that. The 4090 is at least 15% faster than the 5080, so the 5070 Ti will be considerably slower, albeit I think a fair bit cheaper. Might be good to grab a 4090 now if you want performance.

That's only slightly above RRP, assuming we're talking about the Gamerock non-OC (my pre-order at the other place was £2150).

Yes was the non OC - But price was actually pretty decent considering another site were charging £3000 for the same card.

This is just going by rumours.
But apparently Newegg don't have any cards which are remotely close to MSRP - But then that is the case with all 5000 series cards.
