NVIDIA RTX 50 SERIES - (PRE)ORDER DISCUSSION **NO COMPETITOR HINTING**

I didn't get to see what they were as they were gone when I tried to look. Just saw the alerts and linked to nothing.
I dropped 1 place in the queue at the other site for the Palit so someone had a preorder there I think and got that one from somewhere. So, funny not naming places. You guys know what I mean!

In terms of system build queue jumping. I’m seeing no evidence of that at the minute at the place I order from anyway. It’s very much a first come first served basis this time around. And I was able to secure previous cards this way quite easily.

Just think there is very little stock overall like you say.
No jumping... I ordered a prebuilt with an Astral 5090 and it went from 5-7 days, to 19 Feb to 13 March (as the latest and probably a bit earlier). When I asked I was 2nd in prebuilt and 68 in Astral 5090

One (Inno3D type) in stock at one of the places right now. But the prices are mental. Even when they’re not being hiked up.

Sort of similar here if it's the same place. Build pushed to approx end of second week of March, although may be earlier. Gesture of goodwill offered etc. I guess some would argue it doesnt preclude Astrals being prioritized to builds as it could also just indicate a later than expected shipment from suppliers overall. I guess someone near the front for GPU only would be able to shed some better light over the next couple weeks.
FWIW, while I don't think a company will refuse a greater profit margin with a build and it has happened in the past, we are also in a climate of very limited drops from suppliers with numerous resellers competing for allocations.

Just had a notification on 5080 fe being in stock, clicked on it straight away and they’re gone. I was instant, how do they go that quick
