Do you mean you do get black bars or that the image is stretched to keep the aspect ratio and so you get considerable overscan?

I get black bars on my Dell monitor and my old Digihome LCD, which both offer the ability to show the picture in the correct aspect (with black bars), or stretched, with no overscan.

different to other updates, you download in the normal way, the console restarts and then it fully downloads the file
