Someone said that if you zoom right into your avatar's head and if you nod back and forth he will head butt the screen

This is possibly when you are taking a gamer picture of your avatar.

If you push the right thumb stick in and move it in different directions you can burp different tunes.

If its going to kill your console then your console is on the way out anyway.

The Command and Conquer 3 demo killed my console, but it was hardly billed as a console killer at the time. If I had played anything that day, I bet mine would have croaked.

OMG MY ELITE IS SO QUITE!!!

Got GTA4 installed on the 120Gb HDD and wow what a difference there is, I mean my Xbox is virtually silent!

another feature i noticed, if your doing split screen and your mate looks at you from his friend list he can view you split screens avatar too, he is usually standing beside you

Weirdly I never had a problem like many with the speed of the old dash, mine was instant. Apart from my latest one. I now see what people mean when they talked about lag in bringing up the dash while gaming etc.

The guide button on this NXE is just as slow for me to load as that but all other features are very responsive. Whether thats because it doesn't really load it all like the old dash as when you flick between options everything slides into view from right to left which gives the impression it's instant. Yet if I go to the guide button and select friends it's just as slow to load as my last dash.

Getting used to it, just wish I could put my own pictures behind the blade like before without the grey bit blocking it out.

On the my xbox blade if I make my nod up and down his expression changes and if I shake his head to simulate saying no he grimaces. Roll his head and he does dizzy.

I give it a month before game costumes are rolled out for this. Cog outfits and guns from gears for your avatar. I wanna see mine in a Lara Outfit.

No worse than playing from the disk, in fact the loading times seem very much reduced and also the draw distance if that’s what you call it has improved, random objects popping up seem to be less frequent.

Its a massive feature I feel is the install to HDD, the Xbox feels like a new console! Its silent

, its not faster when Live is playing up it takes longer for the info to appear in the boxes, heck it even takes longer to boot up and login when turn it on, but thats ok as its only once.

Its a minor complaint tbh, but one I'd like to have kept. I'd rather use my own pics than buy a Theme. Probably why they did it.

Of a 24 inch screen I can see about 2 sqare inches of my picture.

I noticed the market place appears down. Maybe it's down for a reason. Maybe it's to make sure there's no strain on their servers seen as millions of 360 users are going to be downloading the NXE. I'm sure Microsoft want the update to me has smooth and painless has possible.

you can also make him burp but clicking the right analog
