Work top is from B&Q or Wickes (cheaper than IKEA) and the colour is a Dulux one. Will have to ask the Mrs about that

The CPU cooler pump/fan is spot on. Most of the time it's silent.
The GPU is suffering though. It's an old hot and power hungry card. When I game I have to pop the front glass off. I'm planning on getting a GPU this month so not too worried

For those wondering if the new AMD cards will fit in their H1 like me, Sapphire has listed the exact dimensions for the reference design for the RX 6800 and RX 6800XT on their website:
6800: 266.7(L)X 119.75(W)X 39.75 (H)mm
6800XT: 266.7(L)X 119.75(W)X 49.75 (H)mm
Note: All brand's cards that uses the same reference design should have the same dimensions (as they are practically just the same card rebranded). Custom cards that are not reference design will have different dimensions and you should check before buying.
Given the above dimensions, the new cards shouldn't have any issues fitting into an H1.
For reference, the H1's listed clearance are 305(L) x 128(W) mm; or 265(L) x 145(W) mm; at 2.5 slots max (my understanding is that the H1 should have no issues fitting cards up to 51mm thick without removing the dust filter, otherwise, removing the dust filter will give you a few more mm of clearance).
