Some of you may have good experiences with them but i certainly have not. basically the line has always dropped, after a lot of cs phonecalls it got sorted. Now recently, past 1-2 weeks the internet stops working (everyone is still connected to the wireless, jus the internet goes). We pay for 8mb and i dont think i've ever got above 2mb when i've done a speed test, i'll do one now and sod's law it'll be above 2mb lol. Here's the stats that may help:
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,278 / 5,887
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0.00 / 0.00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.0 / 19.0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 23.5 / 39.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6.0 / 5.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / BDCM
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 40 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 2,166 / 1,452,918
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 2,166 / 2,479
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 60,250 / 1,759
No idea what most of that means but you guys might. Any changes i should request with O2? and what about that fastpath thing, should i request that? Thanks!
edit: Does the following mean i get 5887 download? cause i've never achieved that, could it be that the router is rubbish or that im too far away?
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,278 / 5,887
done a speed test and got 5mb download which i never get, sods law. Ping was 48ms upload 1mb
