OK, I have thoyught of a couple of things, in my youth I was like many on here but I just grew out of it when I got a bit lazy.
But I always make sure the Bass/Treble is set correctly on my car.
I will have the Bass on 10 and Treble on 4. apart from the odd song where I have to turn down the bass if i want it loud, in which case I reduce the treble by the same amount.
I always sleep facing the wall, almost on my front with my arms by my side, legs straight and head to the wall side.
I click my neck, arms or legs I need to do the other one to match otherwise nothing, but I still do it. Doesn't bother me if I don't do it.
I new a guy when I was a kid that did some crazy movements, was like a 5 second "arm dance" thing is the only way I can describe it, clicking wrists evenly on both sides and touching his elbows etc.
glad I don't do it any more.
It seems to me like it is logic taken to far. Yes I like order and neatness but at somepoint it stops being a benefit. It is illogical to be inefficent also.
