** OCUK EXCLUSIVE - AK RACING & AROZZI GAMING CHAIRS **

Just bought the AK Racing Premium Gaming Chair Black & Black and paid for Saturday delivery!

I think this is going to be one hell of an upgrade. Time for a long overdue gaming session tomorrow! :D
 
That's one of the main reasons I ordered a DXRacer, couldn't find much information regarding AK Racing, though I'm sure they're fine!
 
Just build my AK Racing Premium and so far I'm really happy with it! (I'd be the first to complain if there was anything wrong with it! :D)

  • Package was complete
  • No parts were marked or damaged in anyway
  • Chair was easy to build
  • First impressions are this is a quality product
  • Really comfortable
  • Loving the novelty of lying back in it :D I'm already planning on reclining back with a cold beer in between rounds haha
 
Just finished building mine too and it seems fine. There were a couple of marks on the hinge pieces, but as they are hidden under plastic covers I don't see it as an issue.

I can see how people could break the plastic side covers, they seem a bit cheap but are the only thing that does

That is due to them now being checked before sending out.
 
I'm glad to read things are looking better with these and people seem to be happy with them!

After cancelling my AK pre-order, I'm now sat here in my new DX Racer M-series which arrived yesterday and I have to say it is flawless and the most comfortable office chair I have ever used. I was sceptical about going for the fake leather due to the issue of this causing sweating and stickiness but actually it is fine and is so like real leather it is hard to tell the difference.

One thing it would be nice to see on all these chairs would be better armrests with more padding and actually covered in the PVC leather to match the rest of the chair. The armrests on mine are fairly squishy, fine for comfort and very adjustable but I can't help feeling they could be much better.
 
These chairs look so good. If only a few more people would pipe up and give their opinions, then I would happily splash out on one (or two, or three)! Just a bit worried about the quality issues that have been raised.

I was very doubtful about getting one
However the QC that ocuk is doing before they send the chairs off is reassuring
It seems the build has a good quality, just that the finish is off

I'll be posting pictures of the build when I recieve it next week

I bought a premium and I have no issues with it whatsoever, I absolutely love it. Can sit in it all day without any comfort problems, and it actually feels like more than one chair as I can recline and watch some Netflix / play a game with the pad, then get into the upright position for some hardcore FPSing, which is almost like slipping into another chair. Best thing I've bought in ages!
