Hmm, my existing chair has nearly had it, so these have come at an opportune moment. I'll hang fire until I see some feedback. Adjustable armrests is pretty key, but like others the lack of padding seems a bit of a turn-off. Then again, if the cheaper chairs have rubbish foam then that padding will be all but useless after a few months. Decisions!
 
Damn. Recently bought an "office" chair that is starting to deteriorate already.
I'll probnably purchase one of these when some "reviews" are out
 
Wonder how long your £50 will last, either leg or base will break IMO.

A good chair (price and build) is an investment and can save you in the long run from health issues.
 
These chairs are so worth it IMO they look amazing. A friend has preordered so I'll wait for his verdict before purchasing myself.

Yeah I'm aware but I'm 50/50 between desktop and laptop now days so my chair gets little use :(
 
Had an update on ETA's

The AKracing chairs are due around the 18/07/2014

The Arozzi are due around the end of July.

If this date gets more accurate I will update it as an ETA on the products.
 
really want the AK Racing Premium Gaming Chair Black & Black. was getting a chair from another company but after waiting for 2 monthsand finding out it would be another month or so i canceled the order, these are coming in at the right time for me, need a new chair.
 
@ OP are these the AK Racing v2 chairs (from their site as new range)as the photos sure look like it but titles does not state?
 
As it's not in the description of the Arozzi chairs i emailed them to find out the max user weight of their chairs. Ten minutes later (fantastic quick reply!!) they told me this:-

Hello Shaun! :)

I am sorry about the missing information, will get it up asap. The chairs Enzo and Monza use a class-3 gas lift which holds around 110kg, the Torretta chairs have a Class-4 gas lift which hold for 150kg!

I have a £40 mid-back office chair from the place with the big fat catalog that I got in 2005 that is still going. Yes, the faux leather has cracked and worn away loads, but the base/legs/arms are all still in tact almost a decade later!

mmmm christmas dinner I know i shouldn't be thinking about christmas for at least another 6 months :D but I'm really excited for christmas this year too as it falls on the Thursday So I get 4 days off. Will be the first time I've had a reasonable break at christmas in 4 years. It being our busiest time we don't get much holiday.
 
Just pre-ordered the Black Carbon AK Premium Chair. So looking forward to this my current chair is so uncomfortable!

A lot to shell out on a chair but I finally convinced her indoors that it was a worthwhile purchase.
