I discussed with you via PM at another forum my only ever concern with a delivery that arrived in damaged packaging from here. Ocuk refused to replace it and warranty void it, despite the external damage being evident. Can you guarantee me 100% that if we were to order say 10 such boards from you, that if one was damaged in transit I wouldn't have this problem?
James in RMA/tech support was amazingly polite but the other guy there was incredibly rude.
I can't afford to take the risk of this happening ever again, and this besides the 0871 gimmemoney number is my ONLY issue with opening an account.
