48 hour suspension followed by a permaban for repeat offenders.

And also a ban on smug-gittedness.

1) Some new avatars?
Keeping the gangster theme, but perhaps a few additions at higher post counts.

I.e. Post count >10,000

+

2) The ability to close your own threads.
Always good when you realise you've just made a fool of yourself, or it gets out of hand and a mod isn't about.

3) Combine the most popular choices from this thread and creating a poll??
Should help keep the repetitive nature of posts down.

Perhaps doubling the signature image size to 40kB. After all, I reckon the majority of people here have fast connections and won't even notice the difference.
