Another level of avatars to show the more experienced members (1000 posts covers a lot of people)

1) Return of Underbosses - Why?
2) Return of GD meets Definitely
3) Stricter and more transparent language rules No need.
4) New Christmas smiliesMmm...

Perhaps doubling the signature image size to 40kB. After all, I reckon the majority of people here have fast connections and won't even notice the difference.
Some extra avatars for higher post counts would be nice too.

Although I wouldn't mind slightly larger file sizes, please don't change the dimensions, it'll make it really annoying to view the forums on the PDA.

- More avatar selections (No custom avatars, I like the selection)

There's some people that deserve to have their bans lifted, if you ask me.

Theres another idea, a version for the mobile/PDA's?
Something resized and in a different format for PDA's and Mobiles for example?

You count number of posts as experience????
Not in my book mate!!!!!
I'd hate this pleace with less strict moderating, as would a lot of other people I have discussed it with. Not because I enjoy banning people, but because it gets very weary having to read flame fest after flame fest. It is my belief that this place is founded on the stricter-than-usual rules and without them it'd just be another forum.
Even though I do have to take **** for enforcing them.
It wouldnt be the same reading the forum and posting it would go down hill quite quickly IMO
