I've pre ordered the EVGA classifieds.

As these card aren't likely to arrive until mid to late July I am thinking about switching to another card.

Looking at some of these coolers, will I struggle to fit two cards in my build? The classified and GLH are both 2.5 slots, yet the cooking on the GLH look much larger. I don't want my cards to be too close together.

As people gave mentioned, pascal seems to respond more to cooling then boost clock.

just thought you guys should know i tweaked my Founders edition Fan profile from 55% at 80 to 65% and running at constant 76C

Boost clock (constant has not moved) of 1836Mhz on Founders!

The sad thing is, as annoying as all this is, in 3 months time when everyone has their card, looking back on this thread will be a little bit cringey for us fully grown men. My son has waited 6 weeks for his specific play-doh kit to come in, i should learn a thing or too from him, but im too impatient.

haha so true. I find it amazing that people are not prepared to wait for the version they really want and buy whatever is available. I wonder how many will feel really silly in a few weeks from now ?

That is very unfair. OCUK have tried to keep people informed, you are posting on a thread that is keeping us informed to complain you are not being informed!

The situation is not down to OCUK they are victims of the manufacturers and in turn it would seem everyone is being manipulated by Nvidia if anything.

If you are not happy go to another retailer but I would bet my bottom dollar you will find none of them give you more information than OCUK or treat their customers better.

I agree with yourself though if OP didn't get an email then he has a right to be slightly annoyed as he shouldn't have to come to a Forum to get updates THOUGH personally I think it is a great service they provide with updates and stock whereabout what's coming in and when so I partly agree with him though it's not OCUKs fault and they do offer great service imo!

Any word on the KFA2 HOF due date Gibbo- thinking of jumping ship on my Evga FTW pre-order if there are any due in the next 2 weeks. Are we still on TBA clocks?

Edit: What do you guys think- I have a FTZ01 Case so am width limited- I can run either a 2 slot card with two 120mm fans blowing directly onto the cooler or without the two fans and go for a triple slot cooler like the strix, HOF or Ichil

Will be checking my email all day to see if the Xtreme has been sent out. Customer services said they expected it to arrive today and the G1 seems to have arrived...

Did you get your Xtreme send to you already ? I was apparently first in queue but there was no change to my order status today. I actually had G1 in my hands weeks ago and I've returned it straight away hoping for Xtreme to arrive in stock today.

Gigabyte only shipped G1's, no Extremes unfortunately, they are saying delayed until next week on Extremes for UK.

only thing i have seen on it is they got it to 2.2 on air 2.5 on LN2 but that was on a german website
