I'm sticking this out till the bitter end I tells Ya! :D even if I am GPU'less and have an Oculus Rift sitting here unusable since May 27th. I waited 20 years since I first heard about VR and 4 years since the Kickstarter to finally get my hands on consumer VR. I have the ability to wait a few more weeks!

I'm absolutely sticking it out too. My current 780ti card runs my Rift (when I can be bothered to get it out the box) and HTC Vive (which I use every day) quite well at the moment so I'm not in too much of a rush.

Crikey i'm 286th in the queue for the strix. Ouchy.

I now have a pile of waterblocks and backplates from EK though so it's not all bad :)
 
I was 57th in the queue for Strix OC on Friday. What are my chances of getting one this week? On a scale from:
Elvis isn't dead -> Pigs may fly

Oh you mean the card which didnt exist a month ago and only exists now so they can sell all the gpus which failed to be stable at the OC speeds? ;)

Wouldnt touch one of them with a 10 foot barge pole, you would be better off going for the silicon lottery from another manufacturer,

I'm in the same mind as Greebo. I just have no desire to purchase a regular version when there's a higher model available, because it just feels like the low range is the bad parts.

Hi neighbour, I'm 56 in the Strix OC queue.

Zero chance I'd say. Gibbo said about 30 due early this week. I'm sure if he was expecting multiple Strix OC deliveries this week he would have said so as he has done in the past.

Can I ask when you ordered? I'm hopefully somewhere near you in the queue but I can't be sure because I used Amazon payment.

87th in the queue. Insanity is slowly setting in.
