I feel your being harsh on Ben, delays do happen and the FTW is probably one of the best 1080 on the market due to its power phase and 2x 8-pin. Manufacturer delays can happen and no one can be blamed, its a way of life.
Ben is posting on these forums keeping you all updated even out of work hours, cut him some slack guys. He knows how many OcUK has sold and will strife to get them delivered as quickly as possible.
EVGA was the first to deliver custom cards with a load of SC arriving earlier this week, they really are pushing.
The FTW is awesome card and well worth the wait, of course other brands might arrive earlier if you really feel the need to swap, but my thoughts would be stick with what you originally wanted. I waited 2 years for my Mustang, so a few weeks to me does not seem so long, chill and relax, the FTW will be here soon.
They might ship some this weekend, MIGHT, if not then next weekend.
I have no idea what has happened to cause the GPU delays because NVIDIA would not want this either due to 100,000's customers now waiting for cards worldwide on backorder.
I am sure towards end of month things will improve greatly for all brands.
Yes it arrived yesterday, 10 units, potentially another 10 tomorrow, dribs at the moment.
I am going to discuss with Asus next week if the clock speeds are the issue and maybe recommend to them they make an adjustment on the boost clock down to 1885MHz to improve yields as I feel the 1936MHz boost is to hard to achieve on any card out the box based on air cooling. Plus performance difference between 1885 - 1936MHz would be like 1-2fps, less than 1%. So I shall discuss with them some options if the boost clocks are impacting yield, I could be wrong but I know that 1080/1070 are not as good clockers as Maxwell was.
Pascal responds to lower temperatures and not voltage, making it a hugely fast card stock, but not so great for the overclocker unless your an extreme overclocker using water, LN2 etc.
GLH shipped from Hong Kong today I think, fingers crossed for Monday/Tuesday.

The cooler is good, same cooler as Palit just different colour. Only issue I see is it is physically very big but it performs well.
We wont get it, all orders shall be upgraded to OC version for no charge when they land, so do not worry.
Same goes for Armour.

MSI have being sending shipments almost daily so we do expect deliveries from tomorrow and throughout next week, so is looking good.
MSI have shipped us 1070 Gaming X also which is great news.
On 1080 hard to say, around 100 sold on Gaming X so maybe a week or two.
G1, GLH look good for deliveries next week.
But the FTW has best design, I'd wait but is upto you.
Maybe buy G1 GLH, then in a months time sell and try FTW, upto you.

In stock, memory clock has little impact, buy quick as custom cards in stock are a rare thing.
Yep looks that way, but we still have several palits of VGA stock to book in from MSI, Gainward, Gigabyte and Asus so there could be more, just not yet booked on stock........
Zotac have shipped us lots of 1080 and 1070 on FE and AMP, should be here Mon/Tues and Extreme version end of next week or following week.
We've had nearly 1000 1080/1070 arrive today over different brands, today is a very good day!

KFA hope to ship us 2000 cards next Wednesday, but that is the plan, it could always not happen, so first is good.

FTW delays were announced on the forum a few days ago by both OcUK and EVGA and the website was updated to show the 1st July.
Updates are posted around the clock on the forum even out of office hours, sorry you feel the service is shoddy, but were doing the best we can and manufacturer delay is out of our hands.
