Stomach seems to have seen the biggest difference....

I mean excluding the much better taste in underwear... You certainly look chunkier. And in a 2 months ish, I wouldn't expect to see the largest change, although perhaps better than yours :s

Thanks, now that you say it, it is a tad chunkier. I feel it, so it must have gone somewhere.

I know there won't be much change in two months, but still, was hoping for slightely more. This is with a new routine as well as of the first picture, so who knows.

Don't mind either. If it doesn't bother you to have those pictures in on the web then either put them in the mobility thread or start your own thread, a lot of the dysfunctions you'll have are incredible common so other people would benefit. Did I also say that I'd write you something out for your foot? If so, can you also take a picture from the top and the inside side of your worst foot?

Phate made a thread and I've given him some stuff to work on so you can have a look in there if you want an idea of the types of things I'll be suggesting.

I'll get a thread made soon as I can get some decent full body shots in. I did mention my foot, it has some collapsing so to speak.

Main issue was the right shoulder, some nice re-hab for that, I can also show you how it drops then as well.
 
Probably the last pictures I'll post in a while. The body fat is slowly dropping (bit of leg definition and vasularity on my arms) but I'm finding myself cheating more and more on this cut so I think this is about as low as it's gonna get. I think my forearms might take over my biceps soon! No getting away from the skinny princess wrists though :(

Your forearms are indeed ridiculous!

Maybe just change up your diet protocol, or add something new... can't remember what you're doing at the moment.

My base diet is fine.


FOOD (CARB/FAT/PRO/KCAL)

Pea Protein Shake (0/0/30/175)
Ham & Cheese Sandwich (30/22/31/490)
Whey Shake (0/0/40/200)
Pea Protein Shake (0/0/30/175)
Pork Stew (50/70/100/1200)

TOTAL (80/90/230/2000)

I roughly guessed with the stew as there's around 400g of pork, some bacon, and about 0.5kg of broccoli, green beans, carrots and parsnips.

However for example I just accidentally a whole tube of pringles (~1000 calories), a bar of dark chocolate, 2 peperamis and a packet of peanut M&Ms. I'll do something like that about once a week which probably takes me over 4000kcals for the day.

I'm going to reach sub-10% and when I do I'm going to stay there, it'll just take me a while! Hoping to get to and stay under 66kg for as long as possible so I have a chance of competing before I'm 24 so I at least have a shot in competition.

I'm sure it's your pose, but from the pics it looks like you have a bit of lordosis - is this the case or dodgy pose? :)
 
I have a bit of a curve in my spine, however I think it can probably be attributed to poor posture more than anything. When I was younger and more flexible I could get my upper back at almost a 90 degree angle to my lower back if I lent back.


Also it is indeed a dodgy pose! I had to contort and twist my back to get the shot, makes me wonder why people always post bicep pictures because damn they're hard to capture!

Whether you post them up or not, this is the exact reason for taking progress photos. You can gauge how well you're doing and use that knowledge to alter your diet/training accordingly.

So make what ever changes you need to, ask for advice if need be and you'll be smiling next time round it comes to photo time! There's no point looking back and regretting mistakes you've made in diet and training because they'll just demotivate you. Everybody makes mistakes but they're vital because that's what makes us learn, improve and better ourselves.

You look awesome mansize. In fact, where the hell have you been?!! :eek:

Here was me 3/4 weeks ago on week 6 of my cut weighing in around 162lb. Behind the bad lighting and hairy legs, some veins actions (relaxed). Yes, these badboys can still squat well :D
