Light doesn't make much difference, joocy with or without. ^
Tried to take some progress pics considering i'm about a month into my cut (3 weeks with proper diet) and down 8lbs. Abs are starting to come through but need anabolic lighting to show up on my **** camera.

No joke the other 2 vests i used to wear both shrunk in the dryer, think i put it on a stupid setting or whatever. So now it's either that or a t shirt and i hate working out in tshirts so YES
