Unfortunately our DBs only go up to 50kg so it's a question of reps. However they're great for explosive work, conditioning, and coordination.

But yeah, they are brilliant for getting the heart rate up and providing explosive power from the hits - coordination helps you not hit yourself on the head!

Combine them with burpees for ultimate conditioning

Posted this in the Ocuk private group, but this was my condition after Christmas.

The extra calories over the period worked out well for me in terms of getting leaner and more vascular. I am holding decent condition coming into 2015

Will start to introduce cardio in the next few weeks, and should be ready for shoots in April.
