DB Snatches are brilliant - just gotta be wary of form when doing so and respect the weight - love them
Unfortunately our DBs only go up to 50kg so it's a question of reps. However they're great for explosive work, conditioning, and coordination.
It's excellent.
I also do DB snatches which are hard but well worth doing too.
Why would yiu want to do burpees?
Ultimate conditioning for me is 1RM capability...
