OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

really hoping i can post something in here soon. Just got back to the gym, 3 weeks in now, and already seeing some great gains. Arms are bigger, as are lats and shoulders, legs are stronger, and calfs are growing.

Im doing a 4 day split with 1 cardio session a week (25 of hitt) Have an online trainer, that has really kicked my arse into shape. Flexible dieting to, making a huge difference. Currently eating, 180kg protein a day and aiming for 2000 - 2100 on normal days and 2400 - 2500 on refeed days (2 a week) LOVING IT
