This won't be an issue. Bedford has miles of run off everywhere so you won't have any fear of stepping over the limits. The cars are easy to drive and you have an instructor to guide you.

I first did one of these just a few weeks after I turned 17 (just 5 days after i passed my test). The quickest car I had driven at the time was a Datsun Stanza. It wasn't an issue getting the most from the day (in fact I was even quickest in some of the events!)

I was planning on sorting some accommodation, Friday and Saturday night just like ZG002 suggested. Id be more than happy to share driving and or accommodation.
 
Although it's expensive and would represent something of a splurge, I'm actually quite tempted by this. Going to struggle to justify it to Vix if she's not even allowed to come and watch though and there's no way I can justify the cost of us both doing it.
 
Hoping James Auld will be tutoring on the day, he is a great tutor, really pushed me and my 328i to our limits around Cadwell.
 
If my US visa doesn't come through I will be super keen for this. Unfortunately I don't have any ETA :(

EDIT: In fact - I might be back in the UK over this period for this!

Personally funds won't stretch that far :( I plan to do one at some point, just going to have to start saving

I paid off my finance today, so as long as no big bills creep up on me from now until September, count me in. Hopefully the parents will chip in for an early xmas pressie! :D

If i don't come first in the clio cup i will hate myself forever :D

Indeed!

I know bedford, i know FWD, and i know clio's very well, so it would be disappointing if i didn't :D

The RWD cars however, i will suck at. Never driven any in anger before, so i would be pretty slow. I am pretty fearless though, so if i do end up going, expect to see some spins!
