you need some shorter ones, I don't want to have to buy a 5m strip then trim it down to 1m!

Also, if I cut the strip in half, I can't quite grasp what to do in order to power the 2nd strip. Is it just a matter of buying a 2nd power supply and some extra bits or is some soldering/wiring skill needed?

Doubt you will read this but i had a harmony 1. I think i programmed it manually with the learning software.

Any idea how to power these from a molex plug?
