In the case of a tie, I remove the newest vote from the thread, see if there is a winner yet, if not remove another, and so on until there is one player with the majority. If voting were to end now with this 4 way tie, first I would remove Brabbinho's vote as it's the newest, there is still a tie so next I would remove Pookie Bear's. Still a tie so I remove Kiyoshi's, and there is no longer a tie, and TheMightyTen would be lynched. In short, in case of a tie it pays to get your vote in early.
