Walls don't stop people, I've built a castle wall around my place (that is still unfinished) and even though some of the finished areas are over 30 blocks high people still feel the need to climb over it and wonder around the area that was intentionally walled off.

I even noticed today when I logged on after being away due to illness that someone planted a huge forest outside of one of the sides of my walls, now normaly I wouldn't care, but whoever planted it put a load of trees right next to my wall which has caused leaves to spawn on the inside of the wall, and its too dense for me to just ignite it or the whole forest will burn down (not that I am opposed to that as it was just plain grass originaly, there was never any trees there to begin with).

My ingame nick is inputpow getting failed to login: bad login error message.

Haven't been on for a while and need to assess the situation in our home where someone seems to that taken all our stuff out our boxes, diamond etc.. Stupid noobs.
 
Why has this topic turned into a cesspool of whingeing over the last couple of days? What is wrong with everyone? Are the new players ruining it all?! Hence my suggestion for a sandbox for them, ideally a ****ing massive one.

There's problems logging into MC, you just have to keep trying. If you weren't on the whitelist it would say not on the whitelist.
 
When can I expect my tower to be moved? See post 2003 in this thread, and there's some signs by the door explaining where it's supposed to go too. Will my chest and furnaces and crafting table, ladders etc. be moved as well? Not really sure how it works.

im happy with my work today finished my house and started on a lair :)

Thank you! I'll give it a look in later! The concept of the game intreques me but not enough to part with money as yet! Community spirited survival construction genre eh!

I heard you guys talking about that last night, but didn't know where you guys were, i actually put 2 signs up, having trouble finding ore, went to the basic tools in the town center and the inventory was empty?
 
I've never liked the trashing that all beach areas in this game get. I have a few areas of sand near my humble abode and have always tried to keep it looking "tidy" when I've removed sand.

The worst are the large holes people dig that just leave the coastline looking ruined.
If you're going to rape the landscape for sand... At least sort it out afterwards.
 
I think this is due to lack of comonsense, they see the signs but as no-one else is around they know it's very unlikely they will get caught. however it also might be the case that they need more material for their building and without realising they destroy people's work, unfortunately there is no easy way around it, i was lucky to find a good peice of land just outside the spawn area, away from other people's work. But reading most of this thread is about people going in the server and destroying others people's work just for the fun of it, yes it's only a game but it's the principle in the real world if you built a sandcastle really happy with what you built, then some numbnuts comes and destroy it, you would be upset.
