Can you provide a few screenshots mate? Would love to see what it's like. I really want something that has the exact same textures but just higher quality, no change in colour etc. Lighting would be nice but not overly done. And hell yeah to DOF :)

That would be me. And i was "booting off" mainly because of the creeper you bought with you which you were toying with outside of my base...

I dont mind people coming to me long as they actually ask first and dont go nosing around in my chests, i have a lot of things hidden around my base and i would not like someone tping to me while im out browsing at said things.

I play mainly for the social aspect so if people need it i can help out and trade with others along with chatting all of which you dont get on the single player experience.

About the beach thing, im really not happy with it. people need to rebuild the beaches if they are mining, it's that simple. If the beaches around the town arent kept tidy then i'll have to start taking action. Some of us spend a considerable amount of time tidying up after over people, making land available for other people, only for other to abuse it. It isnt fair and it needs to stop.

i had depth of field and better light working just fine, but im not using it atm as im waiting for better grass to become compatible with it, inside of the grey-sided grass blocks im getting at the moment.

People need to look at Aza's parallax texture pack, it looks amazing.

Yeah cos it TP'ed with me :confused:

And I killed it before it did any damage. It's not like I brought the creeper in on purpose.

Seriously, play single player and talk to your friends on Skype/Steam if it's that much of an issue.

You spent a while juggling it outside my base which was my cause for concern.

Its not an issue until people start messing around in my base and i play on the OCUK server with my friends, so single player is not an option..

To continue on from this and my previous post, I would really like to be a part of the minecraft community here and hope that I could be whitelisted.

I purchased pretty much my whole PC in components from OCUK a couple of years ago (when I made this forum account), but never posted as I didn't really feel the need to when I've regularly browsed the pc games section.
I have been playing minecraft for a month now (singleplayer), and can see no better place to start playing multiplayer minecraft than here.
I'd like to think I'm pretty competent in the art of building on minecraft ;) and I repaired a burning down house on server#2 yesterday, along with starting to build a boat today. Pics are on imgur if anyone is interested :) http://imgur.com/a/A9sAu
