Right after having a whole load of stone that was going towards the airport nicked I want to make my chest private, how do I do it?

He has to join the forum and post in this thread. Something you should also have done.

What's done is done but your friend needs to join the forum and post in this thread.
 
I checked BB and I know who did it.
Not willing to name and shame at the minute as I think they are a relatively new player and will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I made a sign but it won't let me stick it on the front of it! The type I've made has a stick at the bottom, is there another type?

Have you spoken to the player in question about it? Having a quiet word with them is probably a good idea, or you can ask one of the admins to do so if you're not comfortable with that. Making sure they're aware of what they should and shouldn't do and all that.

/re the sign - put it in front of the chest. It will auto-attach for you.
 
Haven't spoken to them but the chest had only been accessed by myself and them.

Not sure how to PM someone on MC. I'm still learning :o

You can use /msg playername textmessage

It is a little buggy in the sense that it seems to remove spaces from the message so you end with a long string of characters to decipher.
 
Thanks for adding me to the whitelist so quickly.

My MC name is "OHNODILLINJA". I'm usually the one asking loads of questions about how to craft things, as I've only played a few hours in total. Just got my little mine started and found some coal.....result!
 
One of the nether rail tunnels was under heavy attack just now. The ghasts seemed to be aiming at us through the glass, so it's been patched with cobble.
