OcUK Motorbike Meet 2012 *Interest and ideas*

I also have a GoPro that I can bring, but I don't want to incriminate myself or others if we do decide to get a move on.

My plan was to stay with the 125ers and any slower riders and get some footage. Probs not a great idea to film when making 'progress' shall we say :P

All this talk of cleaning is most upsetting! I doubt I'll have time, Sunday may be cleaning day if it's still warm!

To confirm: See you Reading chaps tomorrow morning :), I'm still in.

Bike cleaned, chain cleaned and lubed and been out for a nice run. Tank full of £1.429 a ltr petrol. All set for tomorrow.

Reading Peeps

OK looking back through the thread are the Reading people still happy to be meeting at 08:30?

@agnes & Dureth: Are you 2 still happy to be leading the way? if so, any idea the route we're going to be taking? Google thinks just over 2hrs for Reading -> Hinckley, but that is M40 all the way..

Weather is still looking very good with sunshine and 15/17 degree's. :)

Reading Meet people:

edd1e - 08 ZX-10R
Fireskull - K5/6 GSXR1000 (not sure if attending now? :( )
Agnes (Chris) - Ducati 1098S
Dureth (Gavin) - Bandit 1250
Benihana (Ben) - Honda Hornet
dsb79 - Vstrom 650
Griffo (Matt) - Grey F800ST
Dangermouse425 (Dan) - 2002 Triumph Bonneville Special

Have I missed anyone off the list? I pulled the list from the first page

Me :)

DanFu (Dan) - dark blue f800st

What time shall I meet you guys? I'll have a tomtom but it'll be on battery power only, not fitted the power cable yet.

Cleaned/Lubed the KTM all up. Brimmed the tank. Waiting for it to cool down abit so i can Cover her up for the night,
(Incase it slightly rains) and settle down after a mad cleaning session with a cold beer and me Epic failing at planning a route :S

Nahh. If it was Troon Crossroads then it probably was me. Also those going down the A5 May want to watch out you can loose your licence down that road. Its full of speed cameras.

Better now than it was this morning!

We meeting at 11:30 at the longshoot?

I will be there but my teeth won't :o I've got to have another out before I get the front row sorted so no pics with my mouth open :p
I am not letting this shame spoil my day though.

You lot meeting at the McDonalds should bring the rest of us sausage and egg mcmuffins. Ride fast so they don't get cold.

I unfortunately won't be coming now :(

Yesterday an arctic just decided to randomly swerve to the right on an A road and block the entire road about 50m in front of me, dropped the bike and slid into the trailers tires with the bike following and squishing me against them, couple of broken ribs and a lot of aching so nothing serious, amazingly the only bit broken on my bike is the headlamp mount bike is solid as rocks :D

Hope you all have a great day and can't wait till the next one.
