OcUK Motorbike Meet 2012 *Interest and ideas*

I'm tempted to bring my new other half. She enjoyed the ride we went on the other day.

So more than likely yes, but she only has a helmet... Which I am not keen on, so won't be hooning it around with her on the back.

As for the chance of bike being ready, the conversation yesterday revealed the guy simply had to take it for a test ride, so I will ring at lunch today to check up on the situation.

Ags, if your lady friend is the same size as me (5'8, slim) I can bring my textiles if you want. I think it'll be first leathers day of the year for me!

Regarding routes etc, who in the Reading Conglomeration has satnav?

Really sorry guys but I'm going to have to bow out of this one. I've had to book the car in for MOT that morning and its the only spot they have all weekend.

It really sucks but I have to get it done. Shame as I was seriously looking forward to this. :(

We found a size 16-18 fit the best (female sizing), her chest humps are rather... Chesty... Hahaha.

I have a non armoured leather jacket, not ideal, but if you think your textiles would fit, that would be great!!! However, I only have just enough for the petrol this weekend until payday, at which we will be grabbing her some gear anyway.

Thats a shame... not able to leave the car with them on Friday afternoon?

Fitted a givi rack and box onto my bike, enough space to put my lid in and still space for my lunch:D
Anyway its nearly time, cant believe its nearly time. I hope the weather is like today, its really sunny.

Weather is glorious here today & has been pretty much all week. Forecast for Saturday is more of the same so Fingers crossed everyone. :)

All polished and ready for Saturday. Really hope the weather stays as good as it is now

Sorry guys, I'm out. I won't bore you with a made up excuse.

I'm basically going for a ride with my club at home that day instead. I did suggest they all come with me to hinckley but this ride is organised to raise money for charity.

Have fun!

Edit:

It's probably a good thing I'm not coming as far as kid loco is concerned as I'd most definitely try to steal that damn R1!

Will give the bike a wash sat morning before meeting up with you guys! Its not been washed for a month and pretty sure ill be stoned to death if I go out on the ride with it in that state!

Hahah, cheers for the offers chaps, but they aren't too bad I'll just look a bit silly (Plus I have small hands :'(). You guys are going to feel so much better about your bikes when I rock up in my multicolour rust bucket (but I love it :D)

Hmm, being a man I am quite flat up top! :p
Textiles are about 32 waist and 38 chest... you can come over to mine first thing if she wants to try them on, probably easier than having them strapped to the bike all day if no good. I'm in the 'heights.
