Missed most of the game this week, and finished 12th.

Kind of glad i didn't make the top 10. It wouldn't have been fair I didn't get in till 9pm.
 
Games are on a Sunday evening usually at 9pm. However when popular programmes such as Top Gear are on the TV the starting time is often 9:15-9:30pm.

why the early start tonight am i the only one that missed it?
 
Couple of bad decisions late on. Happy with the hand I went all-in with. That wasn't too bad a decision, but I should have played more hands and more aggressively earlier.

Still a good placing for my league debut ;)

Had a good few hands tonight.

I also don't mine paying for a table once i have added funds,if someone would tell me what's needed to set a table up.

Hi, well played tonight :)

To set up a table you need to deposit $10 into your Stan James account. Then click on 'My Account' then 'manage private tables'. Then create a table buy selecting freeroll, no limit, Texas Hold'em, 50 seat tourney, the date would be a Sunday at 8:30pm. Then at the end make sure you click 'Show Table' :)

Gilly did a poll to see what sort of times people wanted the tourney to start, and it was basically split between 8 and 9. So This week I created the table for 8:10pm to see what type of turnout we got. Maybe due to the earlier start we got a great turnout, so next week we'll try 8:30pm, and see what happens. Especially since Top Gear isn't on at the moment people shouldn't object if it starts a little bit earlier.
 
Would anyone have any knowledge in how we could present the league standings and data in a better format? I was thinking along the lines of SidtheTurtle's Gamertag site over in Consoles. I would also like to be able to generate reports and graphs for each player.

If anyone would have any suggestions then please add me to msn. My address is in my trust.

Gilly - the most we had last year was 32 in a game so today was high enough. We average around 27-30 each week.

More than normal, we had 31 today and normally it's in the region of 24-28 so it went well :) Although I thinks more people have become interested so it's not down to the earlier start. However I think we should have it at 8:30 so it's fairer for everyone.

Some shocking hands tonight for me

my 7's and aces's full house beaten by aces and 7's full house.

Then all in with 5-5 and taken out with 6-6 behind me after a 2000 chip bet!!

ahh well - that's poker!
