OcUk returned my card as not faulty?!? HEEELP!!

Overclockers don't always get it right I remember a year or so ago a chap had a faulty CPU he sent it back to overclockers and they said it was fine and not faulty, the chap then sent it back to intel who confirmed it was faulty and replaced it.
 
I am using DVI.. but not with the DVI connector I got with it. would this matter?

not sure if this has been posted but are you using the DVI cable that came with the monitor

the 2233RZ needs a dual link dvi cable for 120Hz to work properly

Very doubtful as Intel CPUs either work or don't. Simple as. Closing this thread as the OP has posted some utter crap and he is no further to solving the issue.

I suggest to the OP if you need any assistant post in the customer service forum or email me in my trust.

Also OP you are walking on thin ice concerning posting for sale threads outside MM. Email me and we can get this sorted.
