If it will sit in 4th from idle all the way up to the red line and then stay in 4th when you let off and coast back down to idle speeds, then you're good to go. If it won't, there's not much point in trying.

I think it'll just drop back to idle as soon as you let go of the 'go' pedal. :p

The problem with RR days, is that it then makes you want to spend money tweaking... not that I wasn't going to do that anyway :p

It'll be interesting to see what my baseline figure will be... I'm hoping not too far off the standard 276-280ish it should have.
 
Who is it that had the C63 Merc on the dyno a few years back?
We had a GT-86 in today with "The Audio guys" who record car sounds for up and coming computer games...


They are looking for a C63 and I remember one person here brought one to a dyno day a few years ago.
Have you still got it and if so do you fancy bringing it to this dyno day (to be run after the main dyno day runners)
I'm pretty sure you get paid for it (I'm not involved with that side of it) and you also get a free power graph / power run as well.
 
380-400 I think?. I think it was 355 before the map, and at Indigo GT it's 300 at the wheels. So I'm not 100% sure what it'll be at Powerstation.

Get your cameras ready though, as it will spit flames.
