Oh now come on, a Birmingham accent (of which there are several variations I might add) is not the same as West Brom accent, that's Black Country. Brummies and Yam-yams are not the same thing. They may sound superficially similar to those who are not really properly familiar with the accents and or don't hear both regularly, but believe me, they are not the same.
