Why do I always leave things to the last minute..

I've got to Clean my car inside and outside.
Change the Oil, Oil Filter.. Air filter & Fuel filter
Nip off into town at some point to pay in cheques and collect stuff for my dad.
Then off to a local tyre place and have some eagle f1s fitted and balanced onto my scabby alloys that I mentioned earlier in the thread (I found someone with a centerless balancing machine \o/)

I need to do those, but have no space to do the oil change and have no new air filter or fuel filter.

Car will be washed tonight, doubt I'll do inside though.

I'm not bothering to clean or tidy my car for this meet. The Volvo is a shed in both the literal and figurative sense (since I only drive it when my main car is off the road, it is used to provide additional storage)

I hope I don't offend whenever shiny BMW (or whatever) I end up parking next to too much.

The reason you have a black car is so you don't have to wash it!

I'm planning on a Halfords run after work for an emergency clean up

also have a bit of soldering to do on a MAP sensor joint.... it'll be fiiiine

Can tell you've never owned a black car. They show up filth almost immediately.

Silver is the best for hiding dirt.

I did offer.

I'd be interested to see how much power it has lost in it's 18 years of life.
It would've been more fun to run it before I replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets though. The car lost quite a bit of power (and became a lot quieter) after I did that. Shows just how bad the Volvo exhaust is vs running effectively open headers. Also may explain the good emissions score it got at the MOT

If we're down on runners tomorrow I'll give you a shout mate, and if you really want to run it anyway I'll chuck you on in any case. Just don't think it'll be that interesting a thing to see run.

If you were to run I'd probably put you in first or last.
