my mazda is in the garage this week getting belts and rocker cover gaskets to avoid exploding engines and other people exploding when the slip on the mazdas self changing oil system.

I should probably take the dead gearbox out the boot as well to save weight

The official figure for my mazda is 16.40s for a standing 1/4. The 1.8 mx5 stock seems to be anywhere from 15.2-17.

Having the tyre refitted properly has now turned into a change of wheels and a pair of new rear tyres. At least I have no excuses for grip on Saturday

£150 for a pair of AD08Rs, seemed stupid swapping tyres on 2-2.5mm to a different set of wheels (I have a spare set)

What are the specs on your new Subaru?

No, older one was much faster in a straight line. It did a 12.1 @ 113mph.

This is currently at 350ish bhp and lbft torque. (355/360 on the dyno) with a best run so far of 13.1 @ 104mph but in "I mode" which was 300bhp. So 50bhp should see me into the 12s again.
