I was really hoping to get under the 15s 1/4 today. Closest I got was 15.2 with a 0-60ft time of 2.5s. Terminal of 92mph.

If I can prevent the wheel spin I'm sure I can get under the 15s mark as I feel the car is capable. Also had clutch slip in 3rd/4th at high revs though weird thing is on way home It didn't occur once. So maybe it was traction issues? Couldn't tell as esp was off and it won't flash if car loses grip.

Saying that next time I'll have better tyres, and maybe lowered suspension with anti lift kit. Hopefully it won't raise the front much and I'll get better grip.

I'm impressed with the stage 2 map I got done as the car is a lot more torqy especially at motorway speeds. Though the smoke is ridiculous which is the downside of it.

Enjoyable day, massive shame about the weather. It would clear up and the track would re-open, only for it to start raining 5 minutes later. Frustrating :(

Shame I didn't get chance to work on my launches but I know the car has a lot more potential and not overly offended by my trap speeds :)

Great to speak to Vita and Reaper, didn't realise you'd sold the STi. Bit of a shame tbh, sounds like you really liked it and of course, great to see familiar faces again.

Sorry Rybo, me beating you will have to wait until another day. Not a bad run against the WRX though, looks like it went well off the line. Bet the S5 driver was a little bit surprised by the MX-5!

Some crappy opals. They're hard wearing which came with my alloys so I decided to keep them on until they pretty much need changing.

If we had more runs I would have deflated the tyres a little more. Which may have helped for grip.

From what I saw of it, it was stripped and the engine wasn't a joke. So not surprised at how that shifted.
 
@agw_01 pfffffft im taking my 13.7 seconds as a win against your 3months and 8 days run. Sure you must have stopped off for another burger in that run :D

I wanted a 13 dead and honestly believe i could have got it after speaking with Kosta about side stepping the clutch and going higher in the revs. I was too focused about racing the cars next to me as i didnt realise you could set off when ever you want to get your time.

I will go again.

Yea, looks like he gets me off the line and upto half way (granted my start looks terrible there), but after that seems just stretch my legs and open a gap.
