What on Earth is going on with those voltages people are posting lately? Did I miss Intel coming up with an official statement they would replace all fried chips for Ivy's at no charge?

Start your own 5GHz Ivy thread.
You shouldn't have too much trouble keeping it updated as it looks like the majority are going to struggle to reach 5GHz on air cooling.
I asked the question a page or so back. I'm happy to include IB but think a new thread would be best, but I'm not sure if its worthwhile as 5GHz on IB is risky with the temps and therefore, as you say, will be a small list.
