[OcUK Staff Builds] rjkoneill's TJ07

Looks awesome rjkoneill, especially that lovely waterblock on the mobo!

I wish that I had bought the TJ07 instead of the TJ10, as it seems like a much nicer case to work with.

I have to say, those are excellent photos. My inability to take decent case photos is what makes me hesitate doing a building log.

Did you braid that mobo power lead, or was it already like it?

NOOOOOOOOOOO NOT ANOTHER TJ07 you make baby jesus cry!

But apart from that looks good :D

LoL, there do seem to be loads of people modding this case, but I think the reasoning for this is simply because the case looks fantastic already, and is nice for water cooling.

Using one loop caught my interest. Care to share what persuaded you to go with that instead of the more traditional approach?

I expect you know already, but a psu, dual radiator and quad radiator will fit in the base of your case. The sketch shows a triple.

It's a lovely pump bracket, and ideal for dual loops. However if taking the normal approach for series pumps of connecting them directly together it wont be ideal, can I deduce that one of the pumps is going to be partway down the loop?

the one loop is the initial plan, if it doesnt work then im going to split it off into two

i am going for the triple and double

i already have a triple thermochill so i am using that

it isnt meant for massive performance - as long as the flow rate keeps up i will use the single loop

it would be a shame if i cant use all the bitspower fittings as i have got them planned out for the single loop

we will tell in time

just waiting on my mosfet blocks and a second block for the 4890 then its all systems go

I was looking at using the Antec P-183 for my new build, but this case came up as an alternative. I'll be air cooling; how would the TJ07 compare to the Antec in this regard?

Also, I don't see this case for sale; does OcUK carry it? Thanks! :)

Thats a link to the Silverstone Fortress, not the TJ07. They used to sell it but dont think they do anymore for some reason. Its easy enough to find with a bit of searching though
